Warranty Information

Used/Reconditioned Batteries
We offer a 6-month warranty on all used/reconditioned automotive and commercial batteries (excluding motor scooters, lawnmowers, etc. batteries) purchased from our company. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and we will replace the battery free of charge if it fails within the warranty period. However, we will only replace the battery if it fails the following tests:

  • Battery test indicates that the battery needs to be replaced

  • Battery has a bad/dead cell(s)

  • Battery will not hold a charge on our companies’ charging systems

  • Cold-cranking amps (CCA) are lower than the required CCAs for the customer's vehicle

  • Battery is recalled by manufacturer

New Batteries

We offer a 1-3 year warranty on all new batteries purchased from our company. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and we will replace the battery free of charge if it fails within the warranty period. However, we will only replace the battery if it fails the following tests:

  • Battery test indicates that the battery needs to be replaced

  • Battery has a bad/dead cell(s) on our companies’ charging systems

  • Battery will not hold a charge

  • Cold-cranking amps (CCA) are lower than the required CCAs for the customer's vehicle

  • Battery is recalled by the manufacturer

Please note that the warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, other faulty parts (bad terminals, bad alternators, etc.), abuse, neglect, or improper installation.

We will not replace used batteries after a second replacement within a 6-month time frame due to mechanical or electrical malfunctions in customers’ vehicles that cause the batteries to discharge continuously. This is considered “faulty parts” or “battery misuse.”

The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages resulting from using our products.

We would like to make it clear that while we do offer free replacement warranties if the battery is low in voltage, we need to charge the battery first in order to determine the battery's condition. Depending on the type of battery and the voltage rating, there is an average battery charge time of 2 hours.

Loaner batteries are only permitted in the instance that same-day pick-up of covered batteries is not available. (This policy is subject to change and under the discretion of the Manager)

*Disclaimer of Liability: Our batteries are designed and intended for specific uses, as stated on the product labeling and documentation. We are not responsible for any damage or inadequate performance that may result from using our batteries in music accessories or other applications outside of their intended use. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether a battery is suitable for their specific needs and to use it in accordance with its intended use and proper care instructions.

Our policies are subject to change without notice. We encourage our customers to review our terms and conditions periodically.
